For years, I’ve been involved heavily in software development, contributing to both startups and global tech giants. I started an MBA at the University of West London, and I’m nearing its completion.
You might be wondering why pursue an MBA after building a career in tech?
For me, While I’m passionate about building great technology, I’ve learned that innovation alone isn’t enough. Tech solutions must align with business objectives to truly succeed. In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, particularly with the rise of AI, understanding the business context is important. In most cases, understanding why it matters for the business is the real challenge.
That’s why I chose to pursue an MBA, to integrate my technical expertise with a strong foundation in business strategy. I want to connect the dots between technical execution and strategic goals, ensuring projects are perfectly aligned with the company’s vision.
With the rise of AI, and all the amazing developments, my aim is to leverage this combined skillset to help organizations make more informed decisions about their future, lead teams more effectively, and develop tech strategies that drive tangible business results.
It’s about continuous learning and striving to make a positive impact in the tech world. Have you considered adding a non-technical skill to what you can offer?
